Open Access~
For those that would like to recapitulate my work, use or check my code, I will post Perl and R scripts in Github. I welcome questions and constructive comments through the contact page.
Training~
I was trained in Unix and Perl programming at Cold Spring Harbor Labs in the Programming for Biology (2015) course taught by Simon Prochnik and Sofia Robb. They asked me back in 2016 to be a teaching assistant. In addition to Perl, I regularly use R to conduct my medical informatics work and run biostatistical analyses. I also audited the Johns Hopkins Biostatistics Department’s 140.650 series of Methods in Biostatistics, designed for biostats graduate students with proficiency in calculus, linear algebra, and R.
